Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-07-24 · Version 1

1. The Service

pleaselb ("the Service") provides a unified API gateway to third-party large language models. Access is provided on a prepaid-credit basis. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials and API keys confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account and keys, including usage by members of organizations you administer. Notify us immediately of any suspected compromise; you can revoke API keys in the console at any time.

3. Credits and billing

Credits are prepaid, denominated in USD, and consumed per request according to the pricing shown in the console at the time of use. Credits are not a deposit, bear no interest, and are not transferable between organizations. Usage is metered per request; where a provider does not return exact usage we meter with a documented estimation method. If your balance becomes negative (for example due to in-flight requests or refunds), subsequent paid requests are rejected until the balance is restored. Refunds are governed by ourRefund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You must comply with applicable law and with the acceptable-use requirements of the upstream model providers your requests are routed to. You must not use the Service to violate third-party rights, to distribute malware, to attempt to breach or overload the Service, or to resell access in a way that hides end-user attribution required by upstream providers. We may suspend accounts that present abuse, fraud, or payment risk.

5. Availability and changes

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted availability. Upstream models may be added, changed, or removed by their providers at any time; prices may change prospectively — already-consumed usage is never repriced.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for model outputs; you are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the console (organizations you solely own must first be transferred or deleted). We may terminate accounts for material breach of these Terms with notice where practicable.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes are announced in the console and become effective on continued use. The version you accepted is recorded with your account.
